How it All Started
Hi, My name is Rachel, small business owner of Rachel's Custom Creations. In 2015, I became a mom. In 2016, I became a business owner. What started as a way to stay home with my daughter quickly blossomed into something so much more: a creative calling, a labor of love, and a way to connect with others through meaningful handmade art.
Though my business began with custom gifts, my journey into woodworking truly began in 2021. I fell in love with the texture of natural wood, the precision of laser engraving, and the satisfaction of turning raw materials into something beautiful and lasting.
As a self-taught maker, I pour my passion and creativity into every design, from the initial sketch to the final finish. I'm inspired by the joy people find in the pieces I create — whether it's a couple marking their travels together, a family celebrating a milestone, or someone finding the perfect one-of-a-kind gift. My mission is to make every customer feel seen, appreciated, and proud of the art they bring into their lives or share with others.

Specializing in travel maps, challenge trackers, ornaments, and layered wall art, each piece is made using high-quality maple or birch wood, precisely laser-cut and engraved, then brought to life with wood stains or acrylic paints.
